Wahoo Diving is the first and right now only diving center on the island of Santa Maria and offers individual dives far away from mass-tourism. Opposite to dive-destinations that are perfectly organised but not seldom crowded, you can feel the spirit of adventure in Santa Maria.

The diving spots are only visited by us regularly. "Wahoo-diving" is located in Forno between Santa Barbara and Santo Espirito. In easterly winds we start from the capital "Vila do Porto" and with winds from the west we enter the boats in Sao Lourenco bay or Maia.This enables us to reach the best spots in (almost) every weather condition.

The most spots are reached by boat. There are 30 spots very close to the bay of Sao Lourenco. 40 cylinders of 12 l each are filled by 3 Bauer compressors.
